Long Grain Rice [rice, Niacin, Iron (ferric Orthophosphate), Thiamin
(thiamin Mononitrate), Folic Acid], Saffron Yellow Seasoning [salt,
Sugar, Dehydrated Onion, Monosodium Glutamate, Turmeric, Garlic, Corn
Starch, Spices, Safflower, Saffron, Silicon Dioxide (prevent Caking)].

Cooking
Directions On the Stove Bring 31/2 cups of water and 2 tablespoons tub
margarine* to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in Mahatma® Rice Mix.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Fluff lightly with fork
and serve. In the Microwave In a 3 quart microwave safe dish, combine 3
cups hot water, 2 tablespoons tub margarine*, and Mahatma® Rice Mix.
Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Reduce setting to 50% power
and microwave for 17 minutes. Fluff lightly with fork and serve. If your
microwave does not have variable power settings, follow your
manufacturer’s directions.Makes about 5 servings, 1 cup cooked each.
