Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Soy
Lecithin, Vanilla), Cocoa Processed with Alkali, Rice Flour, Potato
Starch, Corn Starch, Xanthan Gum, Salt.
Directions
You
will need 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter, melted + 2 eggs 1. Heat oven to
350degF for shiny metal pan or 325degF for dark or nonstick pan. Grease
(or use cooking spray) bottom of pan. 2. Stir Brownie Mix, butter and
eggs in medium bowl until well blended (batter will be thick). Spread
into pan. 3. Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted 2 inches
from side of pan comes out almost clean; cool. To cut warm brownies
easily, cut with plastic knife using short sawing motions. Store tightly
covered. Bake a 8″ x 8″ pan for 28-31 minutes. Bake a 9″ x 9″ pan for
26-30 minutes. Bake a 11″ x 7″ pan for 23-26 minutes. High Altitude
(3500-6500 ft.): Stir 2 Tbsp cornstarch into brownie mix. Make brownies
using 2 Tbsp butter, 2 Tbsp water and 3 eggs. Bake at 350degF: 8″ shiny
pan 40-43 min; 8″ dark pan 37-40 min; 9″ shiny pan 30-34 min; 11″ shiny
pan 28-31 min. Bake at 325degF 9″ dark pan 30-34 min; 11″ dark pan 28-31
min.
